A new design on reconfigurable clamping device based on memory alloy, orientation disc, majority column and telescopic pole is introduced, its working principle and performance characters is discussed, then the relative formulas and illustrations are given out. Through combinations of the poles and orienting the disc, it can meet requirements of clamping the workpieces at different positions and for different sizes rapidly.
